GENERAL
Where are you based? Our office is based in South London, United Kingdom.
Do you deliver outside of the UK? If you are outside of the UK, please contact us here and we will do our best to assist.
Who designs your products? All products are hand drawn and designed by Natasha Wilson. Please visit our About page for more detail about Natasha, her creative processes, and inspiration.
How are Natasha's illustrations and designs transferred to your products? All of Natasha's illustrations are either drawn in pencil on paper, or on a digital drawing tablet. Once the drawings are transferred to graphics software via high-quality scanning or automatically, Natasha alters the colours and creates repeat patterns. The digital files are then used by specialists to print on fabrics, wallpapers and premium quality papers.
Where are your items made? We work with experienced and trusted manufacturers in the UK to to create all aspects of our products, including the wallpapers, art prints, fabrics, and cushions themselves.
PRODUCT DETAILS
What materials are used to make your cushions? Currently our cushions are available in soft, premium velvets. The cushion fronts have the flair of our hand drawn designs, whilst the backs remain plain yet plush, to compliment the design. All cushions have delicate piped edges, a hidden zip, and include duck feather inserts. Cushions are made by hand in England.
Are your fabrics available to buy separately? We will be offering our fabrics to be purchased for your own projects soon, so please check back or sign up to our newsletter for updates.
How do you make your art prints? All of the illustrations in the art prints have been drawn by hand - either pencil on paper, or on a digital tablet - then enhanced using graphics software. We send our designs to a UK printing specialist so that the metallic foil borders, text, and highlights can be printed using a Digital process. Once you submit your order and select which name you’d like to personalise the artwork with, Natasha will paint the final detail on by hand using a metallic paint.
DELIVERY + RETURNS
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please refer to the Shipping + Delivery section.
What’s your returns policy? Please refer to the Return Policy section.
I’ve received my order by I think it’s faulty. What can I do? Any products sent directly from our studio will have been carefully checked and packaged before delivery, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you believe an item is faulty then please alert us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos and details of any faults to assist with our investigation. If deemed faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent to you. More details can be found in Return Policy section.
